A former Dunkin' Donuts customer has filed a class-action lawsuit against the chain claiming the glazed blueberry doughnuts don't have real fruit.

The man is representing more than 100 people in Illinois who all claim they also bought products that didn't have actual berries.

Dunkin' Donuts has asked a judge for more time to answer complaints.
