CHICAGO -- ABC7's Terrell Brown and Tracy Butler gave Ryan and Val an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the new State Street Studio set.

The State Street Studio, originally 8,200 square feet of retail space, was converted to the broadcast home of ABC 7 EYEWITNESS NEWS and unveiled on April 10, 2006.

The latest iteration of the ABC 7 State Street Studio is a modern, sophisticated space that features five video display walls with 44 monitors, reporting and interview areas and a state-of-the art weather center with a touch screen weather monitor that allows ABC 7 meteorologists to illuminate weather developments in a visually compelling way. And, serving as a backdrop behind the anchor desk is a 28ft by 7ft. video display wall.

Be sure to watch ABC 7 Eyewitness news at 4:30am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, and 10pm.
