5 suspects sought in Albany Park armed home invasion

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Several people were held up when five suspects broke into homes in Chicago's Albany Park neighborhood, police said.

Chicago Police News Affairs said the suspects allegedly stole televisions, cell phones and gaming systems from two apartments in the 3600-block of West Belle Plaine Avenue just after 4:15 a.m. Tuesday. The suspects drove away in an SUV and two other vehicles.

There were no injuries reported. Area North police are investigating the incident.
