4 ears of corn charred on the grill and sliced off of cob
.5 cup sweet grape tomatoes cut in half
1 shallot sliced
.25 cup sliced green onions
1 tblspn chopped basil
1 tblspn chopped cilantro
2 oz white vinegar
2 oz olive oil
Salt and pepper and sugar to taste
Method:
Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl, add the wet ingredients slowly to taste, adjust with salt, pepper and sugar to desired level. Let stand for 1 hour.
