Blagojevich lawyers want to delay start of trial

The trial is scheduled to begin June 3. Defense attorneys say they want a brief postponement until the supreme rules on the honest services fraud law. They believe that ruling will have an impact on their case.

Monday, a federal judge ruled that jurors will remain anonymous during the trial. Judge James Zagel said that should prevent jurors from being harassed once the trial begins. The judge says jurors will be referred to by number inside the courtroom.
