Chicago police released an age-enhanced photo of Yasmin Acree, who vanished from her home in January 2008 when she was 15 years old.

Superintendent Jody Weis discussed the case at police headquarters on Saturday.

He emphasized that neither officers nor Acree's family are giving up hope that the case will be solved.

The new photograph of Acree was provided by the National Venter for Missing and Exploited Children.

Weis is urging anyone with information on Acree's disappearance to come forward.
