Proceeds raised in Chicago benefit Children's Memorial Hospital. Winners have appeared in films, commercials, national newspapers and magazines.
The search takes begins September 15th and continues through September 18th at Orland Square Mall. Infants through 5 years old are eligible. For a $35 entry fee, you get a professional photo shoot with a fashion photographer. Parents get to keep the (8x10) photos when the contest is over. Photos of all the contestants will be on display at Orland Square Mall in October for judging and voting in 4 categories: precious/comical/beautiful/fashionable.
The local winner will go on to a national competition for a chance to win a professional modeling contract.

TIPS FOR PARENTS COMING TO THE EVENT:
Be sure your child is well rested and well fed.
Bring along a favorite toy, treat, or person to distract your child.
Don't get caught up in the quest for "the BIG smile".
Whoever is bringing the child to the photo shoot should relax and HAVE FUN!!!
TIPS FOR CAPTURING THE BEST BABY PHOTO:
1. Capture NATURAL candid moments. Let the child's individual personality shine.
2. Children are most expressive when "real life" feelings or situations are captured.
3. Don't get caught up with "perfection", "posing" and "big smiles".
4. Get creative. Parents always want their kids to look "perfect" in a photo, but a bowl of spaghetti on the head or a very stubborn pout speaks volumes.
