Cab driver charged after allegedly shooting 2 others

According to Chicago police, Frederick Bailey, 63, is charged with aggravated battery and discharge of a firearm.

The shooting happened Friday night in the 2600-block of South Wabash. Police say an argument over who would get the next fare prompted Bailey to begin shooting.

One cab driver was hit in the back while the other was shot in the arm.

Both were hospitalized.
