Windy Fun at Morton Arboretum

April 8, 2012 5:14:25 AM PDT
Chicago is, of course the Windy City, and April in our area has been pretty windy so far. The Morton Arboretum in Lisle is offering various workshops for families this month to show that wind can actually be fun.

In "Blow Wind Blow," weather tools will be on hand to examine, and kids will have the chance to make a whirligig wind toy of their own to take home.

Exhibit developer Leslie Goddard joined us live from the Arboretum during our ABC7 News Sunday Morning to show us how to make some such items.
