A new study finds women with demanding jobs that provide few opportunities to make decisions or use their creativity are at increased risk for heart attacks.
The risk was a whopping 70 percent higher for this group.
The study in the PLoS ONE journal found women with high job strain were 38 percent more likely to have heart related events such as a stroke, heart surgery to clear blockages or even death.
Experts say it's important for women, and their doctors, to pay attention to the stresses of their job, when it comes to looking.
