According to Bartlett police, Mario Moore followed a woman outside Cadillac Ranch nightclub and sideswiped her car.
Right after the crash, police say Moore punched the woman and then forced her inside his car, where he assaulted her.
The victim escaped a short time later.
Moore is due in court October 19.
