Glasgow says searches this week in Shorewood for Stacy Peterson's body did not come from a new lead, but rather are part of a continuing investigation.
Glasgow spoke to ABC7 News just before getting a Chicago Crime Commission award for his prosecution of the former Bolingbrook officer.
"After we sentence Drew Peterson, or after he is sentenced on the current case, we'll be sitting down and reassessing the case we've put together with regards to Stacy Peterson," he said.
Stacy has been missing since 2007. The FBI says their search in Shorewood will resume Thursday.
