Surveillance cameras in the lobby at the Beaverton City Hall show Jared Leone, 18, taking a swing at a Beaverton officer, and stealing his gun. Leone shot a hole in the wall. Police tried to stop Leone, but nothing seemed to work.
"During the struggle, he was tased seven times and it didn't have an effect on him," one officer said.
Officials say it all started when Leone took mushrooms at a local zoo. Police say Leone said he thought he saw a terrorist plot unfolding, and that someone had planted a bomb on a train.
No one was hurt.
