Arne Duncan: We value our guns more than we value our children

As the nation tries to make sense of another mass school shooting, this time in Parkland, Florida at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, we discuss what's being done and what more could be done. Former CEO of CPS Schools and former Secretary of Education Arne Duncan is our guest.

Duncan was named U.S. secretary of education by President Barack Obama in 2009 and he served in that position until December 2015. Prior to his appointment, Duncan served as the CEO of the Chicago Public Schools from June 2001 through December 2008, becoming the longest-serving big-city education superintendent in the country.
