Woman with Alzheimer's reported missing from Chicago Heights found

CHICAGO HEIGHTS, Ill. (WLS) -- Police in the southwest suburbs said they have located a missing woman believed to be in the beginning stages of Alzheimer's.

The 69-year-old woman was reported missing by her husband after she was last seen near Route 30 and Cicero Avenue in Chicago Heights around 11 a.m. Wednesday.

Police said the woman was located Wednesday afternoon. They have not released additional details.
