CHICAGO (WLS) -- Thousands of people are heading to North Avenue Beach for the start of the Chicago Air and Water show. To celebrate, Carmine's, the renowned Gold Coast Restaurant located at 1043 N. Rush Street, is giving weekends and upgrade with a Bellini Brunch. There are also drink specials for fans hoping to watch the show, like Rosebud's Jet Pilot cocktail. Chefs Moosah Reaume and Steve Coppolillo joined ABC 7 to give us a taste of the weekend specials.

Rosebud's Jet Pilot Recipe
Ingredients:
1 oz spiced rum
1 oz Malibu coconut rum
1 oz Bacardi white rum
1 oz Bacardi Limon rum
2 oz cranberry juice
2 oz orange juice
2 oz pineapple juice
1 tsp grenadine syrup
2 oz Peach Schnapps
Rosebud's Bellini:
We use Alexa Prosecco, from the Veneto region of Italy. It is made specifically for Rosebud and named after Mr. Alex Dana's first granddaughter Alexa. We top that off with one of the many choices of Purees: Peach, passion fruit, raspberry, strawberry, or mango. We also offer half and full pitchers of home-made white or red sangria.
