CHICAGO (WLS) -- Six months ago Chicago Police Superintendent Garry McCarthy was fired in the aftermath of the Laquan McDonald scandal.
He has declined all invitations from media to talk about what happened until now. In ABC 7 exclusive he spoke to Eyewitness News reporter Tanja Babich about whether he was the city's scapegoat, and he gives us his take on Chicago's escalating violence.
