1 dead, 4 injured in West Side shooting

CHICAGO (WLS) -- One person is dead and four others injured after a shooting in Chicago's Austin neighborhood Saturday night.

The shooting happened in the 900 block of North Massasoit Avenue on the city's West Side.

Police have not identified the 21-year-old man who died, but they tell ABC7 Eyewitness News that he is a documented gang member.

The four others are hospitalized in stable condition.

There is no word on any arrests or suspects.
