DePaul student reports sex assault, robbery in Loop

CHICAGO (WLS) -- DePaul University sent out an alert on Saturday after a student's sexually assaulted near the school's campus in the Loop.

The assault happened Thursday night near Congress and Wabash.

The student told authorities that someone approached him from behind and put a cloth with some sort of substance on it, knocking him out.

Then he was dragged into an SUV and sexually assaulted and robbed before he managed to run away.
