Carpentersville man identified as Elgin crash victim

ELGIN, Ill. (WLS) -- Miguel Agustin-Tellez of Carpentersville was identified as the person killed when his car was slammed into by another vehicle fleeing police.

Elgin police say they tried to pull over Steven Luellen, but he refused to stop Tuesday.

Both vehicles ended up in the yard of a home.
