CHICAGO (WLS) -- The Englewood neighborhood celebrated kids getting ready to go start a new school year on Saturday
The neighborhood's 54th Annual Back-to-School Parade stepped off at 56th Street and Halsted Street Saturday morning. The parade went down Halsted Street to 67th Street and then west on 67th Street to Throop Street and then north on Throop to Ogden Park for a a big celebration.
This event is the second-oldest African-American parade in Chicago.
