CHICAGO (WLS) -- Puerto Rican pride was on full display in Humboldt Park on Saturday.
The Puerto Rican People's Day Parade begins at 2 p.m. and marches down Division Street between Campbell and Sacramento. This year's parade celebrates the 20th anniversary of the installation of two gigantic steel Puerto Rican flags, which serve as the gateways to Division Street: the heart of Chicago's Puerto Rican community.
Jose Lopez, executive director of the Juan Antonio Corretjer Puerto Rican Cultural Center, joined ABC 7 live while parade preparations were still underway.
