Driver charged in fatal church bus crash

GARY, Ind. (WLS) -- The driver of a church bus from Gary, Ind., is charged in a crash that killed Jacob Williams, 6.

Charles Goodman faces charges of reckless homicide and driving with a suspended license. Indiana State Police said Goodman was behind the wheel of the bus when it crashed and rolled over on I-70.

Williams and Goodman were both ejected. The boy died instantly, officials said. Goodman remains hospitalized.
