New hotel opens in New York Life Insurance Building in Chicago

A new, modern-style hotel opened for business on Tuesday in Chicago's Financial District in the Loop.

The Kimpton Gray Hotel is in the landmark New York Life Insurance Building.

The building's marble and original 1900s architecture have been fully restored.

The hotel also has two restaurants and a lobby bar.
