2 killed in gas station shooting in Back of the Yards

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A man and woman were killed in a shooting at a South Side gas station Friday, Chicago police said.

The victims, were inside a vehicle in a parking lot of a gas station in the 1900-block of West Garfield Boulevard in the Back of the Yards neighborhood. Police said a gunman walked up to the vehicle and fired shots.

The victims were both 30 years old. They were pronounced dead at the scene.

No one is in custody.
