CHICAGO (WLS) -- The killing of 49 people at a Florida nightclub has prompted a lot of discussion about gun laws, the terror watch list and the information made available to gun store owners.
In fact, the Senate is expected to vote on gun proposals: two from the Republicans, two from the Democrats.
Our goal is not to debate the issue of gun control. But this seems to be a good time to discuss the laws as they currently stand.
To talk about that is Genevieve Lakier, an assistant professor of law at the University of Chicago.
