Hilton guests to access rooms using smart phones

Hilton says its guests will soon be able to access their rooms using their smart phones.

The hotel chain says customers will also be able to choose their rooms, check in and make special requests, all using their mobile devices.

Digital check in will be available at 4,000 Hilton Hotels worldwide by the end of this year.

Hilton will switch from room keys to smart phone room entries by the end of 2015.
