CHICAGO (WLS) -- In just over two weeks, Chicago voters will decide who should lead the city for the next four years.
That's when Mayor Rahm Emanuel will face Cook County Commissioner Jesus "Chuy" Garcia in Chicago's first-ever runoff election.
This all came about because no one earned 50 percent of the vote plus one in last month's election.
Ahead of the April 7 runoff, we'll be talking with both candidates about their plans to tackle the challenges facing Chicago. We begin this week with Commissioner Garcia.
