Food critic Joshua Ozersky died after suffering seizure in hotel shower, ME says

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A cause of death has been determined for a food critic who died in Chicago earlier this month.

The Cook County Medical Examiner's office says Joshua Ozersky, 47, drowned in a hotel shower after suffering a seizure on May 4. He was in town for the James Beard Foundation Awards.

Ozersky was food correspondent for Esquire magazine and he wrote several books.
