Become the karaoke king of Illinois

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Eight county fairs in Illinois will be hosting qualifying rounds this summer to become the king (or queen) of karaoke in the state.

First and second place finishers will then compete in the finale at the Illinois State Fair on August 20th.

Registration for the karaoke competition opens Monday.
