Kenneka Jenkins, woman found in Rosemont hotel freezer, remembered on birthday

ROSEMONT, Ill. (WLS) -- Loved ones remembered a young woman who died last year at a Rosemont hotel on what would have been her 20th birthday.

They gathered outside the Crowne Plaza hotel in Rosemont.

That's where Kenneka Jenkins' body was found last September inside a walk-in freezer.

Kenneka was at a hotel party the night she died.

The medical examiner ruled her death an accident, but there are still some questions about that ruling.
