Kurt Summers sworn in as Chicago Treasurer

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chief Judge Tim Evans swore in Kurt Summers as the city's new treasurer at City Hall on Monday.

Mayor Rahm Emanuel was among those on hand to congratulate Summers.

Summers takes over for Stephanie Neely, who left the post to take a job in the private sector.
