Burglars steal laptops, electronic from Ravenswood apartments

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Police are warning of burglars stealing laptops and other electronics from apartments on Chicago's North Side.

Authorities said the burglars are getting in through unlocked windows or by pushing air conditioning units aside in the city's Ravenswood neighborhood.

The first incident occurred in the 4600-block of North Lincoln Avenue between 7:30 a.m. and midnight on Nov. 7. The second incident occurred in the 4500-block of North Claremont Avenue between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 19.

Police have not released a description of the suspects.
