Midway, O'Hare see gun incidents one day apart

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Two men were arrested in separate incidents Friday and Saturday at O'Hare and Midway for allegedly trying to bring guns through TSA security.

On Saturday morning, Leo Kurylo, 44, of Lombard was allegedly caught trying to bring an unloaded .40 caliber semi-automatic handgun through security in his carry-on bag.

Almost exactly 24 hours earlier, Kunal Singh, 29, of Jacksonville, Fla., was arrested for trying to carry an unloaded 9mm handgun, along with a loaded magazine containing live ammunition, onto a plane at O'Hare in a carry-on.
