Lake Shore Drive renovations in the works

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Do you drive Lake Shore Drive? The city and state want your input on plans to improve Chicago's scenic roadway.

IDOT and CDOT are holding a public event on Tuesday from 1 to 7 p.m. at the Drake Hotel to learn about the plans for North Lake Shore Drive from Grand to Hollywood.

Officials said they are taking suggestions from the public.
