Man charged with sexually assaulting child at Waukegan day care

WAUKEGAN, Ill. (WLS) -- A man has been charged with sexually assaulting a child at a suburban day care center.

The facility is located at 1020 Montesano in Waukegan. Police are not saying when it the attack happened.

Mario Montes Deoca is charged with one count of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child. He was arrested earlier this week.
