Metra unable to process ticket purchases

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Metra is unable to process ticket purchases at all of their stations Wednesday morning, according to their website.

All passengers should buy their tickets from train conductors. The $3 surcharge will be waived until the computer problem is resolved.

Metra riders who already have monthly passes or multi-ride tickets are not affected.
