Special needs woman and nephew missing from Gary

GARY, Ind. (WLS) -- Police in Northwest Indiana are searching for a missing special needs woman and her 2-year-old nephew who were last seen in Gary on Saturday.

Diamond Bynum's mother, who is also the toddler's grandmother, says her 21-year-old daughter hasn't been seen since 11 a.m. Saturday when she left the family's home. She is with her nephew, 2-year-old King Walker. Bynum's mother reported her missing and has been out searching for them.

Anyone who sees or recognizes them should contact police.
