Man, 35, killed in motorcycle crash on Lake Shore Drive

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A 35-year-old man was killed Friday night in a motorcycle crash Friday night on Lake Shore Drive in the Hyde Park neighborhood, police said.

About 11 p.m., the motorcycle rear-ended a sports-utility vehicle near the Museum of Science & Industry on the city's South Side. The SUV driver was not injured.

The victim was identified as Michael Cook, of Dolton, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.

No citations or charges have been issued.
