CHICAGO (WLS) -- National Night Out is an annual event that encourages people to help make America's streets safer by taking a stand against drugs and crime.
Communities across the Chicago area have activities planned for Tuesday night where neighbors can build better relationships with each other and with local law enforcement.
These activities include games, raffles, crafts, music and food at some locations.
