18-year-old charged with sexual abuse at Woodstock Mall

WOODSTOCK, Ill. (WLS) -- An 18-year-old man is charged with the sexual abuse of a child at the Woodstock Mall.

Devonte Spiller is free on bond.

Police say the abuse occurred Feb. 5. The mother of the alleged victim became aware of it the next day, and notified police.

Spiller is due back in court March 17.
