Taylor Negron, pizza guy from 'Fast Times at Ridgemont High,' dies at 57

Actor and stand-up comedian Taylor Negron died Saturday, Jan. 10, 2015 after battling cancer. He was 57.

Comedian and actor Taylor Negron has died after a long battle with cancer.

The 57-year-old was best known for his role as a pizza delivery boy in the 1982 comedy, "Fast Times At Ridgemont High."

He filled a number of small roles in other films, such as "The Last Boy Scout," and TV shows, including "Punchline", "Angels in the Outfield," "Stuart Little," "Friends" and "Seinfeld."

Negron's death was announced by his cousin, Chuck Negron, the former lead singer of classic rock band Three Dog Night.

Chuck Negron posted a YouTube video Saturday, saying the comedian had passed with family at his side.

"I just wanted all you people who knew him and loved him to know that he just passed," he said.



Celebrities including Dane Cook and Ben Stiller took to Twitter to share their memories of the star.
