Pistakee Lake victim identified

FOX LAKE, Ill. -- The man who died after falling into Pistakee Lake, which is located in Fox Lake, Ill., is identified as Daniel Schwenk, 58, of Burbank.

Schwenk and a friend had just tied off their boat at a backyard pier when the friend went inside the house for a moment. The friend came back out to find Schwenk face down in the water.

Schwenk died later at a hospital.

No suspicious of foul play is suspected, according to the McHenry County coroner.
