Bank robbed in suburban Bridgeview, FBI says

BRIDGEVIEW, Ill. (WLS) -- The FBI is asking for the public's help after a bank robbery Tuesday in the southwest suburbs.

Agents say a man robbed the U.S. Bank on the 8700-block of S. Harlem Ave in suburban Bridgeview.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic man, standing about 5-foot-6, with a large build, the FBI said. He was wearing a zip-up hoodie, glasses and a hat. The man is said to be considered armed and dangerous.

No one was injured in the robbery.
