Car crashes into school building in Back of the Yards

A car crashed into a school building at West 54th Street and South Union Avenue in the city's Back of the Yards neighborhood Tuesday afternoon, Chicago police say.

The building is part of the Dewey School of Excellence.

Police say the car did not damage or break through the building. No injuries to children have been reported. Police have not commented on the status of the driver.
