CHICAGO (WLS) -- A man was critically injured after the car he was driving crashed into a building on Chicago's Northwest Side early Thursday morning, police said.
The silver sedan went through the large metal door of a business located on West Montrose Avenue near North Kilbourn Avenue in the city's Mayfair neighborhood around 4:15 a.m.
The 35-year-old man was transported to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where he is listed in critical condition. No one else was hurt in the crash.
Investigators are looking into what caused the crash.
