ROSEVILLE, Ill. (WLS) -- Some Illinois farmers are hoping to bring a new crop to their fields: marijuana.
Frank and Andy Huston are sixth generation farmers in Roseville, about 60 miles west of Peoria. They harvest traditional crops, but now that it's becoming legal in the state, they plan to grow medical marijuana.
They've partnered with Salveo Health and Wellness in Chicago.
They will have to follow the state's rigorous guidelines for growing.
