Lincoln Park robberies prompt community alert

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Lincoln Park residents are urged to be on alert following robberies in the past month.

One robbery happened in the 600-block of West Kemper and the other in the 2100-block of North Lincoln Park West.

Chicago police say in both incidents, two or three armed men exited a car and approached the victims demanding money.

None of the victims were hurt.
