Man shot in Little Village neighborhood

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A 30-year-old man was shot in the back in the Little Village neighborhood Friday evening, police said.

At about 5:40 p.m., the man was shot in the 2700-block of West Cermak Road, near South California Avenue, on the city's West Side.

The man was transported to Mt. Sinai Hospital in critical condition.
