Teen shot in neck, jaw at Evanston park

EVANSTON, Ill. (WLS) -- Authorities say a 17-year-old boy was shot in the neck and jaw in an Evanston park Friday afternoon.

This happened in Gilbert Park in the 1800 block of Emerson.

The victim managed to run across the street after getting shot.

Friday night he is listed in stable condition at Evanston Hospital.

No arrest has been made.
